Slinkachu was born in 1979. Slinkachu is a street artist that uses everyday objects, and tiny figures, to create pictures. Below are some images of his work token from his website look at his work on Google images? http://slinkachu.com
The 'Little People Project' started in 2006. It involves the remodelling and painting of miniature model train set characters, which I then place, photograph and leave on the street. It is both a street art installation project and a photography project. The street-based side of my work plays with the notion of surprise and I aim to encourage city-dwellers to be more aware of their surroundings. The scenes I set up, more evident through the photography and the titles I give these scenes aim to reflect the loneliness and melancholy of living in a big city, almost being lost and overwhelmed. But underneath this, there is always some humour. I want people to be able to empathize with the tiny people in my works.
The simplest way to describe Slinkachu is that he is a London based photographer, who likes to keep his identity to remain anonymous so he calls himself 'Slinkachu'. His work is both a street art installation project and a photography project. “The scenes I set up, more evident through the photography and the titles I give these scenes aim to reflect the loneliness and melancholy of living in a big city, almost being lost and overwhelmed” Enjoy watching this amazing collection of Slinkachu “Little people project” photographs. Maybe you’ll find some “mini” people in your street?
Not that much is revealed about Slinkachu except that he is a very clever photographer. He has his own unique way of photography and uses tiny 1 cm figures as props in his photographs, and makes them look life like with a special twist. Once he has finished photographing his characters, he leaves them on the streets. One of his pieces "A man standing by a cash machine" lasted around 2 months. In my opinion I think that his work is brilliant, I cannot think of another photographer who has had the fore sight to take on a world wide project as different as this., its not something you would see everyday and they are not your average photographs. He has a unique and different imagination and is a very clever photographer.

In this picture the photographer has used a small depth of field and has not focused on the background. The photographer has used the rule of third and placed the the can on a hot spot.

Worst Picture
This is my worst picture because the edge of my iPad is showing and it doesn't look realistic. To make this picture more realistic I would have to hide my iPad and make sure there isn't any reflection on my iPad screen.
This is my best picture because I got the depth of field and the focus right. The layout of the picture is good. This is a good picture also because the red car is on the hot spot.
